Rustins Quick Dry Textured Step and Tile Paint is a water based acrylic paint designed to provide a durable textured finish for tiles, concrete, bricks and masonry surfaces. It contains textured agents that help improve slip resistance in both wet and dry conditions, making it suitable for areas where a lower slip potential surface is desirable. The dried coating has been independently tested and rated as low slip potential according to BS7976 Part 2. This hard wearing and weather resistant paint is suitable for interior and exterior applications and can be used to refresh steps, floors and suitable tiled surfaces. The paint is available in red and black and provides good opacity for an attractive and practical finish. It can be applied with a good quality brush and is normally used in two coats for effective coverage. The surface should be clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, wax and contaminants before application. Touch dry time is approximately 30 minutes, with around four hours required between coats depending on temperature and humidity. Coverage is approximately 14 square metres per litre with one coat.
