Collection Times

Most orders are ready within 1–3 working days. Collection times may vary depending on product availability and order size.

For larger items such as timber, fencing, sheet materials, and bulk building products, additional delivery time may be required.

Collection Charges

Collection charges are free and always will be.

Local Delivery

Any orders over £100 will be eligible for free local delivery. We deliver within a 5-mile radius of SE1 7AB. After receiving your order we will contact you to arrange convenient delivery.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Restrictions

Some oversized, heavy, or specialist products may be subject to delivery restrictions or additional charges. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you before dispatch.
