Returns Policy

At Waterloo Home & Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returning an Item

Items can be returned within 30 days following collection, provided they are:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned in the original packaging where possible

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

• Made-to-order or bespoke products

• Cut-to-size timber or sheet materials

• Clearance or sale items

• Products that have been used, altered, or installed

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please either visit or contact us within 48 hours of collection.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow between 1-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
