Developed as a professional quality acid based masonry cleaner, this product effectively removes tough deposits such as mortar splashes, cement residue, efflorescence, limescale, ingrained dirt, grease and algae. It is ideal for homeowners, landscapers and trade professionals looking for a reliable and economical way to maintain the appearance of exterior surfaces. This high performance cleaner is specially formulated for use on a wide range of mineral surfaces including brickwork, concrete, paving slabs, patio stones, tiles and many types of natural and artificial stone. It works quickly to dissolve stubborn construction residues left after building or renovation work, making it an excellent choice for post construction clean up. The fast acting formula penetrates surface deposits and lifts contamination, helping to restore the original colour and finish of the material. Efflorescence and cement staining can spoil the appearance of new brickwork and paving. This cleaner targets these common problems by breaking down salt deposits and hardened cement films, leaving surfaces cleaner and more uniform. It is also highly effective at removing limescale, ground in dirt, grime and organic growth such as algae, helping outdoor areas look fresh, clean and well maintained throughout the year. The concentrated formula contains up to 9.9 percent active ingredients, providing strong cleaning power while allowing flexibility in use. The solution can be diluted with water depending on the level of soiling. For light maintenance cleaning, a weaker dilution can be used to treat larger areas economically. For heavier deposits such as mortar splashes or stubborn stains, a stronger mix can be applied for maximum effectiveness. This adjustable strength makes the product suitable for both routine maintenance and intensive restoration work. With an approximate coverage of 10 metre square per litre, the 5 litre container is capable of treating large surface areas, making it a cost effective option for patios, driveways, pathways, garage floors and external walls. The clear liquid formulation allows easy application using a brush, watering can or suitable low pressure sprayer. After treatment, the surface can be rinsed thoroughly with clean water for a neat and professional finish. This masonry cleaner not only removes stains but also helps prepare surfaces for further treatments. It is ideal for surface preparation before sealing, painting or applying protective coatings, ensuring better adhesion and longer lasting results. By removing contaminants and residues, it creates a clean base that improves the performance of sealers and surface treatments. Water based clean up makes the product simple and convenient to use. Tools and equipment can be rinsed easily after application, helping reduce maintenance time. The fast acting nature of the formula means less waiting and quicker project completion, whether working on a domestic patio or a larger commercial area. Suitable for a variety of outdoor environments, the Sika Brick and Patio Cleaner is widely used on residential patios, garden paths, driveways, courtyards and exterior walls, as well as garages, workshops and industrial floors. Its versatility and strong cleaning performance make it a dependable choice for restoring dull, stained or weathered surfaces back to a cleaner and brighter condition. Whether you are removing building residue from newly installed paving or refreshing an existing outdoor area, this acid based cleaner delivers professional results with minimal effort. The combination of powerful cleaning action, adjustable dilution, wide surface compatibility and economical coverage makes it an essential product for effective exterior surface maintenance and restoration.

https://waterloo-home-and-hardware.co.uk/products/sika-brick-and-patio-cleaner-clear-5ltr-102476-fast-acting-formula-cleans-and-restores-brick-and-patios-powerful-acid-based-cleaner-removes-mortar-cement-efflorescence-stain-remover-and-degreaser-for-paving-tiles-concrete-and-brickwork-10-metre
